Eligibility for Returns

  3. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."
  • Products that have been opened or used, unless defective.
  • Customized or personalized items.

Return Process

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, simply return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
